Coffee Creek Mobile Home Park Reviews
I love living here. It's the perfect location for me. Right in between the country and the town. So close to everything but the quiet starry nights of the country. Some nights the deer come to graze. ❤❤❤❤
Sep 14, 2018 · Daphney OwenThe landlord gets really hateful for no apparent reason. I just moved out of here, and my employer was late changing the address to send my mail to. I came by and knocked on his door, he came out, I said "hi" in a relatively friendly way. He walked uncomfortably close to me, but I ignored it and backed up. I asked him if any of my mail had arrived, and told him that my employer was still sending checks here, despite the fact that I had informed the employer of an address change. He started yelling " You don't live here anymore, checking mail from a place where you don't live is a federal offense. All that is getting sent to the post office." At this point I got aggressive too, and yelled back "I'm 22 years old, I don't have a law degree, I didn't know. You should try being a bit nicer." At this point I started walking off, and he yelled "Get out of my park." As far as I'm aware, I'd always been a good tenant, so I don't know what his problem was. Other people have had similar stories about him.
Oct 29, 2018 · Inspector LungeIt was ok to start off. We lived there 3 years. One winter the heat stopped working told the landlord it smelled like something was burn. It was at night not real late though. We had turned the heater off but it still smelled like something was burning. It was not the first time we used the heat either. The landlord said he couldn't get to it till the morning. The temps were in the 20s that night. Luckily we had a friend come over and look at it for us, the fuses we smoking. When the landlord saw our friend come over he decided to come in and take a look. He couldn't fix it that night and said well hope you all have some kind of heater cause I can't fix it tonight. The bathroom sink always smelled like sewage. Never fixed that issue. If you want a very nosy landlord this would be the place for you. He even wanted to know when we were working and asked us if our hour's at work changed all the time.We were never late on rent and he decided to kick us out. He accused us of pooring grease down the kitchen sink. We have never poored grease down the sinks. We even had a jar we keep the grease in and showed him. The places are old.We have been out a month and have not gotten a deposit back. We cleaned the house and hired a business to clean the carpets.
