If you are here to learn the history of the Blues and its beginning in Clarksdale Mississippi this is the only RV Park for miles. Seems well maintained, there are a few junker trailer's sitting about but otherwise clean. There is full hookups , electric, water and sewer on the left side of the road and on the right, electric and water only, which was fine for us as we have a compositing toilet. There is a Bath House if you need it and plenty of room to walk the dog around the grounds. It is quiet and well lit up at night and for $20.00 a night it is quite acceptable. - Marci Potts
