Pot holes all over the park are huge and never fixed even though you are billed monthly toward them being fixed! Pool always clean & landscaping looks great however entry and mail box area needs alot of work...for several years!

The only issues I have are the reaccuring pot holes (craters) in the streets and a select few neighbor kids that steal from my mother and scratch up the paint job on her vehicles. Other than that, I LOVE the area, the feeling of peace I experience when I'm outside and the pool is fantastic!!
