Clover Creek Village Reviews
Unfortunate bad reviews. The application process is long and complicated, because I think she is trying hard to make sure only quiet, respectful people who can afford their rent move in. I left Durham because of all the obnoxious and loud people. Sooo quiet and peaceful here loving my home so far.
Sep 09, 2023 · LoreleiIt’s a shame their prices are so good, but the company it’s self is just so not helpful. I’ve been calling and calling trying to help push my application process forward and the lady is just not helpful at all. It is amazing they have anyone renting there with how complacent the secretary is. I called to ask if they could send a PDF form to my apartment complex for rental history, and or send it to me and I sent it to them. And the lady pretty much said “I’m busy, we will wait for them to send it to us how we sent it” well that ends the application process for me. Good luck getting past the application process with these people!!!!!
Jan 04, 2023 · Morgan WadeI remember living here in high school. We got warnings for having suspicious looking people over DURING THE DAY. We would get calls about “a car full of younger men” coming over often- yep they were black so of course it had to be suspicious. My friend that recommended this park who was white actually had a lot more motion than we ever did and had extra bodies living there and never got a warning. It was racist and stereotypical. The husband mostly and the wife would condone it as if she isn’t ethnic either. Wouldn’t recommend unless they’ve changed their ways! If you want to be watched like a hawk and wanting to feel like you’re unwelcome, go right ahead.
May 04, 2023 · Genesis MartinTry to rent here. They are rude, and it's not an apt. It's an in old type trailer. Anna doesn't get back to u. U have to chase her and I'd rather speak in spanish to her. Her English is lacking. They will never get a good word from me ,and I work all over the community. I found a nice home to rent with no problem. Feel better, than in a trailer park..
Dec 15, 2020 · Michelle DavenportDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called before applying and asked what the requirements were to get approved. I was told I needed 3x’s the monthly rent and they do a “credit check.” I sent in 2 applications online on Thursday 6/2/21. 1 for me and 1 for my boyfriend. I waited until Tuesday 6/8/21 to give them a call and check on the application, as I hadn’t heard anything back yet.Anna, the property manager, acted like she had a hard time finding my application. After I told her I had the email confirmation of my $50 payment, she “then found it.” However, she said my boyfriend’s Social Security number was wrong. I’m not sure how, but I gave her the correct one because she said she would fix it and get back to me that day with a decision, she never called me back.I called Wednesday 6/9/21 to check on the application again. She said she was out of the office and to “text her” my application name and she would get back to me that day with a decision, never called me back AGAIN.I PHYSICALLY went down to the office on Thursday 6/10/21 at 11AM to get a better answer than I was getting.Anna was there and said that the owner was reviewing my application, but he had to step out in an emergency because a tree fell on someone’s trailer. She said he would make the decision that day and she would be in touch with me. Never got a call from her AGAIN!! I called at 5PM asking about the status. She said he still wasn’t back but she would have an answer soon. She called me back not even 30 minutes later saying I was denied for “my credit score” I asked her how? As my score is 680, I’ve NEVER had an issue with my credit. She told me “I’m not sure why it was your credit.” And hung up the phone on me!I had to get my realtor to call and get a better answer for me!! Anna told her they don’t look at “score” but what is actually on your credit! At that point, I don’t even know how people have gotten to rent here to begin with and I don’t think they ever actually VIEWED my application!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! VERY UNCOMMUNICATIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
