To keep the homeless from roaming through the park and my gated yard!! I would be willing to pay a monthly fee for that. I work hard, and the homeless are stealing my stuff. Other than that, it is a good, quiet place to live.
Jun 02, 2025 · Chris SextonBEWARE!! If you are offered a free trailer refuse it! We put down first months lot rent and a deposit {$1200} which is non-refundable. This trailer was lived in prior to us being offered it. (Lot #815) They would not let my husband look at it prior. After we gave the deposit we discovered that the plumbing was not to code and would cost over $7000 to bring it to code. And that was with a veteran discount. The furnace was not hooked up and neither was the water tank. Black mold every room. soft spots and holes in the floor. Roaches and bed bugs as well. They said they wanted to help us out... this is NOT helping anyone. It was and is uninhabitable. The people who lived in this one moved next door... WHAT PERSON LIVES LIKE THAT!!! Also, when we filled out paper work, I was told that they would not accept my ESA papers for my emotional support dog. The woman was very rude. We have been harassed and threatened upon leaving. If I could give them no stars we would. There is also train tracks that run directly thru the park.... DO NOT RENT OR BUY WITHOUT DEMANDING TO SEE WHAT YOU'RE GETTING!!
May 10, 2025 · Lea Longthe newer lots are nice, but the management has been hit or miss. our lot didn't come with a spot to set up our own wifi, not anything outlandish but I should be able to setup internet day one if i paid nearly $2.6k as a move in cost. the move in process was painfully annoying due to severe lack of communication skills from management.the train tracks aren't that big of a deal for me personally but I can see why people wouldn't like them. the monthly rate isn't bad just be careful about the move in process.
