I understand the roads can not be fixed at this time due to winter but it has been this way for many years before i moved in and i have lived here 4 years. The pot holes collect water where the masquitos accumulate. It gets really bad especially by the park where the kids play. Some of the driveways are not excessable when the watter feels in some of the wholes. In the past year we have received a lot of notices for repairs on the exterior of the trailors and have made vast improvements. However, like you said we would have to wait till spring to have the roads fixed i beleive 60 day warnings to repair what you feel necessary or receive eviction is a little unfair. Most of us who live here are low income familys, that work hard to make ends meet.
