Chappell Hill RV Reviews
We stayed three nights at Chappell Hill RV Luxury Resort in a spot that backed up to the pond. The park is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The paved roads throughout the park are a nice touch, making it easy to navigate and park. However, my review is based on the resort marketing itself as a luxury destination. While it’s certainly pleasant, I wouldn’t classify it as luxury. The pool area is beautiful but extremely small—with more than six people in the water, it already feels crowded. There are also no chaise lounge chairs, so it’s not easy to relax by the pool.Despite backing up to a pond, fishing is not allowed, which was disappointing. There also aren’t many amenities offered beyond the pool and basic facilities. There are no picnic tables or fire pits at the RV sites, which are typically standard at many parks—even those not marketed as luxury. There’s a section labeled “CH Tiny Homes” that feels out of place and is somewhat of an eyesore. Some added landscaping, like more trees and shade, would greatly improve the overall atmosphere. In summary, it’s a clean and quiet park with friendly staff, but the “luxury” label creates expectations that simply aren’t met.
May 28, 2025 · RuthAnn KimbellWe have really enjoyed our stay at Chapell Hill RV Resort. Recently they are under new management and the ladies at the font desk are so nice, attentive and willing to help guests with things they need. Dana has been very helpful and friendly with booking & scheduling and Cheryl makes all the landscaping look wonderfully inviting. Also, Jesse Dana's husband is always running around helping guests with rig repairs and can install snap-on UV protection screens or refinish your RV roof while you stay. Over all, this is a very quiet and pleasant comfortable RV park to be at. Very happy!
Dec 31, 2023 · Jacob AndrewI recently visited the park and had the best time. There was a Thanksgiving potluck so my family and I joined in on the fun. They also had movie night and played family friendly movies and provided refreshments. They keep this park very clean and management is very kind and accommodating. Shopping was great too! What a nice scenic area. 5 stars!
Nov 26, 2023 · Silly SistersWe enjoyed our time at Chappell Hill RV Park. The park is clean, quiet, and the staff is very hospitable. Curbside trash pick up, pool, package acceptance, and laundry room with an app for laundry were some of my favorite services. The sites are spacious & concrete pads. Close proximity to Brenham for services & the quaint town of Chappell Hill. Thanks to the staff for taking such good care of my mom & I.
Mar 26, 2025 · Brenda ConesMy husband and I stayed here for about 5 months. This place is absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and cozy. Beautiful sunsets & sunrises. Big area to have family come visit. RVs aren’t parked too close together so you do have a small front yard. Dana (manager) is the absolute sweetest. She will make sure you have everything you need and ensure you’re comfortable. She also makes herself available even if she’s busy. If you’re in the area and are looking for somewhere to stay, this place is worth every penny!
