Center Street Mobile Park Introduce
For Oregon residents seeking a dedicated manufactured home environment that emphasizes tranquility and community, Center Street Mobile Park offers a distinct and often sought-after living solution in Salem, Oregon. Classified specifically as a Mobile Home Park, this community caters to individuals looking for an alternative to traditional stick-built housing, providing lot rentals for private manufactured homes.
A key distinguishing feature of the Center Street Mobile Park is its designation as a 55 or Older community. This age-qualified status is a major draw for seniors and retirees in the Salem area who desire a quiet, stable, and peaceful residential setting. One long-term visitor’s review noted, "I've never seen any children there so I suppose it's probably an older persons mobile park. So it's very quiet and peaceful." This sentiment highlights the park’s success in creating a serene atmosphere favored by its residents.
The park is designed to be well-kept and tidy, reflecting a focus on maintenance and resident comfort. While the low cost of living here is often an initial attraction, the community’s appeal is primarily rooted in the lifestyle it offers—one of quiet neighborhood streets and predictable peace. However, prospective residents should always conduct thorough due diligence, as a conflicting review mentions "Terrible managers and horrible management company," suggesting that the administrative experience can be inconsistent or challenging for some. Choosing a home here means prioritizing the potential for a quiet, budget-friendly lifestyle, but also acknowledging the importance of positive relations with the property management.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Terrible mangers and horrible management company. Cheap but they make you life miserable and not worth it at all. DON'T COME HERE IF YOU LIKE PEACE.
March 28 · John Graham jrA good friend of mine lives there and so I visited him maybe a couple times a month. The park is kept up and tidy. I've never seen any children there so I suppose it's probably an older persons mobile park. So it's very quiet and peaceful.
October 18 · Kathleen LawrenceUpdate:Now here 13 yrs and they refuse to maintain the park . Their solution to the plumbing backing up.Tenants should take used toilet paper and put in doggie bags. Fill tub and drain every week. Do large load of laundry even if you don't need to once a week.Only use 1 ply toilet paper and they suggested the brand. Fill sink fully both sides when doing dishes .Nasty nasty. So our water "conservation" right out the window. They want us to flush out their clogged sewage problem and pay for it.I've been here about 8 yrs. Worst management company and onsite management. If I could get out if here I'd have done so the minute commonwealth took over.We get screwed...if you want to move here..bring lube and bend overFew years ago they put in water meters..we the tenants have to pay for them..almost $1000 per tenant..plus $10 per month to read an 'ELECTRONIC' meter.Oh and did I mention...WE DON'T OWN THEM!Every year rent goes up $20-30We live on social security...wtfThe park is run down..management won't fix streets..cut bushes eliminate RATS or MICE.GETTING THE PICTURE...Honestly I could tell you so much about this place..but I'll leave you with this....DO NOT RENT HERE....OR....ANYPLACE RUN BY COMMONWEALTH.
December 31 · Lori LandrumNice park. To bad the manager of the park is terrible. When you want to maybe sell your trailer after living there for awhile the manager wants you to go thru the parks realtor so she or the park gets a cut from the sale of YOUR TRAILER.I really don't think this is legal. All I'm saying you better keep your eye on this manager. She will try to get away with a lot of things that are not right!!!!!!
March 23 · Mike DavisI'm well over 55 and on a fixed income.. I can manage my own budget small as it is! I was sickened the day I went to the office to get a space for my 5th wheel; after all $380. good deal yah...Close to a grocery store and a pharmacy ECT..... I was really looking forward to living in the park..But after they took my $40. app fee. They came back with oh you don't have enough income..What you missed that yesterday before you gladly took my money.. I also missed my ride that day... ended up waiting 2hr. for a $30 CAB RIDE......They did suggest a place south of them "did not know the name" were I could check!!!!It truly was a sickening experience...
