One resident review details significant difficulty reaching the office and accessing a storage unit due to a gate code change after a change in ownership, despite being current on payments. The review also mentions locked office doors during posted business hours, leading to missed appointments and frustration. This suggests potential challenges in communication and responsiveness from management, which prospective residents should be aware of and perhaps verify upon inquiry.

Cedarfield Mobile Home Park Reviews
We’ve been trying to reach the office in regards to my dads storage unit since Monday, because we can’t get through the gate. They changed the gate code on him, he’s paid up to date and has every money order receipts to show it. He hasn’t been up there in three years because of his health. They switched owners and never gave him the new office number. He’s had this unit for 10 years now. We needed to get into that unit to get important documents out by today. Now we have to reschedule an entire court date because they refuse to get back to us. I’ve been up there to the office twice now and the door is locked and the sign says “they’ll be back at 9am” two days in row they’re still not open. Sign says open 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.
Jun 19, 2024 · Anne WisniskeWow! From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Not only did the owner come in on his day off during a holiday weekend but he didn’t rush me and explained everything in detail and even showed me the unit and how to lock it. Awesome service!! I would highly recommend their clean units anytime.
