I lived here for 9 years in January 2016. I have had a proper life despite drawbacks. I went to places and made music and art. I'm also a nonprofit network. I take nonprofit more serious with free internet for a year. Anyways... The house is great but haters for Kelpalots is bad. We love it but it's old now. And the computer toys ain't safe in the hot and hot-warm, or anything but cold. Cold works real well.

This place has changed hands since then several times. The current owners have done a wonderful job at improving the grounds and reducing or ending the stray cat problem. Hats off to them for making this a safer, homey place to live. I still have family living there and would be happy to be back there. Thanks for the nice job. As for the lady that said they refused her "service dog" I highly doubt that. We had one then and it is a Federal law for them not to take you.....if you really had a service dog and legal proof of it.

I understand taxes increase over time, but there has been another increase, and now it just went to $400 per month. It's a little pricey, in my opinion, but it's fairly quiet, except for the knuckleheads that drive through here faster than the posted speed limit of 15 mph. We have good neighbors in here who look out for one another. That is what makes a community a good place to leave. We actually have a storage shelter, playground, a charcoal grilling/picnic area, and a pond. I don't believe it wouldn't be safe to swim in the pond, but you might be able to fish there. They are nice amenities and are available to residents only, and they are monitored. Good place to live!
