Not a tenantWas shopping online for a place and decided to check the rules and regulations for any unreasonable "Karen" type rules before contacting realtor about it... glad I did!I got as far as the 20 lb dog limit (is that even a dog??) And the "No aggressive breeds) baloney, and knew i was done.It sounds good, on paper. But anyone who knows dogs ¹/10 enough to responsibly own one knows there is no such thing- but the closest are all under 20 lbs!This tells me that they are most likely in the camp of extreme idiots who believe the "bully" breeds are "aggressive by nature". Anybody who believes this is far too ignorant about dogs to have one let alone regulate them, and is dozens of laps around too quick to make arbitrary judgements to trust making any decisions involving others.Only a fool would ever subject themselves to people like this, but if you saw the "aggressive breeds" statement and still moved in, you deserve the nightmare they will most likely make your life.I for one would rather end mine than fein respect for them

We have witnessed several friends pass that lived hear. Overall the park is looking really nice. We are working on our place with the help of Grandkids. I am just not able to get around like I used to.

None of the other places could even come close in offering the features that Cedar Oaks does. The location, scenery and seclusion of this park is without equal in Kerrville and still just minutes from downtown.Susana, the property manager, certainly lives up to and beyond the description in her bio. She is the epitome of professionalism and has made my transition to this park flawless and seamless. She is very accessible and accommodating, responsive to all the needs and situations arising from a move in. She has never shied away from any problem or situation that has arisen from my moving in and addresses all concerns in a timely manner.For Senior living, one will not find a better MHP to live nor a better property manager bar none.
