★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNIt is VERY disappointing to find out that I was pretty much lied to when I bought in Cave Creek, I specifically asked about so many unkept lawns and was told at that time that those people would be receiving notices that they MUST be taking care of their lawns. That Obviously was not the truth!!At least half the yards in my immediate area are either weeds or just dirt. At least 3 or 4 of the lawns in my area have weeds 1 foot tall or more.I spend a lot of my time, effort and money to take care of my lawn, well actually YOUR lawn since I don't own the property, only to have the stray dogs that roam the neighborhood crap on it!!I do; however, understand people not wanting to take their dogs to the dog park because it is SO full of weeds and stickers. Also the compartment that is suppose to have bags to pick up after your dog have been empty for at least 2 weeks! Some of the equipment that your dog is suppose to be able to play on has been broken by the kids that use the dog park to play baseball! The rules seem to only apply Mon - Fri / 8:00am - 5:00pm! Almost every weekend there are cars parked on MANY streets often on both sides of the street where it is difficult to even get through to my house! As well as cars parked on their lawns!? Sometime there are 5 or 6 cars at one residence. After what I have seen on review sites like Google, I wish I had done more research before purchasing a house in Cave Creek!
June 19 · Karl StevensThis is my home turf for the past decade, and we love it! My neighbors are cool and it is a safe area to raise your family. There's also, a clubhouse, pool, and playgrounds for the kids.
September 02 · Jason LopezStaff are very kind and friendly now. We've been here almost 10 years and really like our neighbors on our block. There are several homeowners that take pride and consistency of their lots and some that just let weeds take over and dead grass unattended. We all have the same rules but many out here do not care what the rules say and disregard them which isn't fair to those who do. Staff does what they can but speeding, slinging through corners without slowing down or stopping at all is a problem daily on our block that has zero speed bumps or stop signs at the T. Street parking is prohibited but some use it as their parking lot in the daily. Just watch your pets and children carefully.
June 22 · Tammy GarciaVery clean neighborhood. They are very forceful about their rules, but it's clear that is the reason this doesn't look like a run down crack head trailer park like some of those in the area.*edited 5 mo after move in... am renting and have had major issues with getting maint. issues resolved. Kept saying they'd take care of a water leak, but it got to the point of an ice flow out of my yard before anything was resolved.* edited after 1 yr of living here - if they were as good at completing maintenance tasks as they are at threatening the tenants they might not have as many vacancies as they do. I rented here under the assumption that i would be able to renew my lease for another year while i got financing together for a purchase. After the first year, all of a sudden they no longer lease trailers, (however I've found one of their trailers for rent on zillow) they had me fill out a loan application for their company and tried to get me approved for a loan higher than what they originally told me they were selling the place for. It feels like they just want us out so they can raise the rent or the purchase price to the next poor soul who comes along.
August 22 · Karen KI’ve seen many reviews saying the staff here are rude and unprofessional, and I can say that is definitely not the case! We just moved in a month ago and Victoria and Shelly are extremely kind and professional! They have been nothing but helpful in answering all of our questions. We had a problem with our A/C after moving in and they had it repaired the next day! The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept! If you are looking for an affordable and nice place to live look no further!
