This place looks clean and quiet and very nice people everywhere, people walking dogs, kids on bikes being well behaved, cars drive cautiously, yards are beautiful. But management is requiring we give out checking account number and our credit card account numbers if we want to become a resident here... red flag 🚩🚩🚩 stay away. It's too bad.. the residents seem very nice, nice park.

The staff is very flexible with the rules: I got towed once and it was absolutely my fault. SDGE is a racketeer but that's not the park's fault. They come check my meter every month and I double check, they've never oversold me. Only take check and cash for rent, all of the utilities are bundled into the same bill. My house has mods put in by the previous owners that are against the rules, but the park didn't force me to pay to change them.Park is clean, keeps up the roads, does maintenance on the pipes, everything is gravy.Neighbors are great. Shoutout to Yvonne who always had someone if I needed work done. Everyone is very quiet. Great community.

There is also a park and the staff is very kind. The place is very nice. The past manager, Russ (may he rest in peace), had also done a great job of keeping the place tidy. It is also beautiful in the afternoon to take a walk.

We have the most beautiful weather in the world here, we take it for granted & need to be thankful everyday! Also to be able to be here and pay the reasonable space rent we pay & be home owners. I am very grateful. The owner's, the staff, & all at corporate, the manager, asst Mgr, & past Mgr, Russ, who do & did such a great job & we will miss Russ. All the groundskeepers & all the assistance and everybody who works for the community should be commended for the tireless hours they put in & have a special day put aside for them! They all contribute & do so much and it would be so nice for them to here just a simple Thankyou sometime, or just a smile and wave. Just that little bit of gratitude will go long way! Also will put a smile on their face😊 maybe even yours. We all have our ups & downs , yet need to remember we are all friends & Neighbors & we need to continue two work together to keep our community the great place it is. Keep up the great work everybody!
Feb 08, 2017 · Tim FeeneyNosey neighbors, mattanence staff clearly overdue their job requirements by harassing guests visiting residents inside the park. Disgusting looks and stare downs that'd make any other woman feel just as uncomfortable as it did when I was receiving this treatment. The park is huge in size. Lots of residents have their front yards filled with flowers and plants which make the scenery quite nice. The location offers lots of homeless unsweetened folks unfortunately but inside the park there was no trash, no off putting elements which would make the park seem unsafe. Other than the park staff being rude, out of line, and definitely guilty of harassment... very quiet and nice park. Location great other than the surrounding issues. I know that if someone is looking to relocate into the park, you only own the mobile home itself while renting the space inside the park. Rent was in the upwards of 1000.00$ per month.. not sure on how the water, trash, sewer utilities are included or not. They do have water hook up as well as power. No assigned parking other than on your rented lot. Guest parking passes are alloted for over night guests and if not placed properly then you'd definitely have a run in with the predatory towing company contracted to the park grounds. Hope my experience helps answer questions to anyone looking at renting a space inside this mobile home park!!
