They will literally FINE you if you get caught. The neighbors spy on you, and watch for ANYthing that might get you in trouble. It's like being in Jr High all over again. I was accosted at the dumpsters, while dumping my trash, because they didn't know I lived there. It was such a warm welcome. Worst living experience of my life. JUST DON'T MOVE HERE if you like your freedom.
