It's a beautiful. 55+ mobile home park. One of the cleanest around. Most units are spaced apart nicely. Not too cramped & not slab city. Residents keep there lots nice & tidy. Many beautifully landscaped with clean clutter free porches & patios & carports. Lots of trees and landscape. I live here with my elderly mother. She has a very large lot with lots of trees. It is beautiful but It's too much work for her to keep up with by herself. My stepdad use to take care of her & the home with her. She lost him over 5 yrs ago. She is lonely without my stepfather, so I'm glad I can help her & be there for her the best I can. For that I am grateful that this park is a place we both call home. Thank you Judy & Tom. Thank you Cascade Mobile Home Park. Thank you providing my mother & I a clean, safe, affordable place to live. ❤️

This is classified as a senior park, however, there are a certain number of people living inside this park that are well under that age requirement. The grounds are clean & driving thru is a pleasure since the black top is smooth & free from pot holes. It is one of the nicest parks in the area.

It's easier to find the house, then to get out of there. Cuz once I complete the delivery, the address disappears and I don't know if there's a way for me to access it. But to tell Google to get me from where I'm at, I have to know where I'm at to get where I have to go. This is a very difficult trailer park to navigate. Missing street signs streets that split off with no name, etc. I imagine after doing it several times I will get the hang of it but it's really hard in the dark cuz this place is really dark. Nice people though
