My parents just got approved for a loan on a place in this park . When had to filled out an application for to move into the park , they were denied. Never heard of a trailer park board picking and choosing who they wanted to live in the park . That is discrimination at its finest. I’m taking this up to another level of Authority. My parents are good people, ages 77@64 any they’re not good enough for your park . Shame on the owner for using this system to discriminate. All parks should get investigated for using these tactics to pick and choose. - Jimmy Alexander

Casa Nova Mobile Home Park Introduce

Welcome to Casa Nova Mobile Home Park, a residential community situated in the dynamic city of Fairfield, California. For Californians navigating the housing market in Solano County, Casa Nova Mobile Home Park presents an alternative living solution that combines the benefits of homeownership with a community-focused environment. This comprehensive overview will provide insights into what defines this park and what it offers to those seeking a home in the Fairfield area.

Mobile home parks, or manufactured home communities, represent a distinct housing model where residents typically own their home structure while leasing the land it occupies. This arrangement can often provide a more accessible entry point into homeownership compared to traditional stick-built homes, which is a significant advantage in California's often-challenging real estate landscape. Casa Nova Mobile Home Park operates under this model, aiming to provide a stable and comfortable living space for its residents.

It's important to address the varying experiences highlighted in resident reviews. One review expresses significant concern about the application process, alleging discrimination: "My parents just got approved for a loan on a place in this park. When had to filled out an application for to move into the park, they were denied. Never heard of a trailer park board picking and choosing who they wanted to live in the park. That is discrimination at its finest. I’m taking this up to another level of Authority. My parents are good people, ages 77@64 and they’re not good enough for your park. Shame on the owner for using this system to discriminate. All parks should get investigated for using these tactics to pick and choose." This highlights a serious concern regarding perceived unfairness in the application process, which is a critical point for any prospective resident to consider and investigate thoroughly, understanding that mobile home parks do have specific criteria for residency to maintain community standards.

Conversely, another review offers a very positive perspective on the community's atmosphere: "Went for their craft fair my good friend Kelly manages the park. The ladies were all nice and they get along so well she has a blessed job." This review suggests a friendly and cohesive social environment within the park, where residents interact positively and participate in community events. The contrast in reviews underscores the importance of direct inquiry and perhaps visiting the park to gauge the current resident experience and management practices. A "friendly" and amiable community is a significant draw for many seeking mobile home living.

For Californians looking for a potentially more affordable living option in the Fairfield area, Casa Nova Mobile Home Park offers a setting where community interaction appears to be a valued aspect. While the application process is a point of concern for some, the presence of positive social dynamics and community events suggests that for approved residents, a pleasant living environment may be available.
