Casa Loma Introduce
For many Floridians, the pursuit of an affordable place to call home in a desirable area like West Palm Beach can be a significant challenge given the state's competitive real estate market. Mobile home parks often present an alternative housing solution, providing a pathway to homeownership or long-term residency that can be more budget-friendly than traditional stick-built homes. However, the quality and environment of these communities can vary widely. Casa Loma, a mobile home park located in West Palm Beach, offers a particular type of living experience in a bustling urban setting.
This article aims to provide a factual and transparent overview of Casa Loma Mobile Home Park for prospective residents in Florida. We will delve into its location and accessibility within West Palm Beach, discuss the services generally expected in such a community (while acknowledging specific public feedback), highlight key features, and outline contact information. Ultimately, this will help local users understand if Casa Loma is a suitable option for their housing needs, based on the publicly available information and direct accounts from those who have experienced the park. It's important to approach this decision with a clear understanding of the realities as expressed by current and former residents.
Casa Loma Mobile Home Park is situated at 1451 N Military Trl, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, USA. This address places the park in a relatively central and accessible part of West Palm Beach, a major city in Palm Beach County. North Military Trail is a significant north-south arterial road, ensuring residents have straightforward access to various parts of the city and beyond.
The park's location offers proximity to a range of urban conveniences. Residents can find numerous shopping centers, grocery stores, dining options, and essential services along Military Trail and surrounding areas. For those commuting, the park provides relatively quick connections to major highways like I-95, facilitating travel throughout South Florida. Public transportation options may also be available nearby, depending on the exact location along Military Trail. Educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and employment centers in West Palm Beach are typically within a reasonable driving distance. While the park is located in an urban area, offering convenience to city amenities, its setting on a busy thoroughfare means it is integrated into the commercial and residential fabric of West Palm Beach. This accessibility makes it a practical choice for individuals who rely on urban infrastructure for their daily lives.
Based on the provided customer reviews, which explicitly state "there are absolutely NO amenities there. No pool, no clubhouse, no nothing," it appears that Casa Loma Mobile Home Park does not offer the recreational or communal facilities that are often associated with other mobile home communities. This is a critical point for prospective residents to understand.
While a detailed list of services is not provided or positively reviewed, a mobile home park generally provides:
- Lot Rental and Utility Hookups: Residents rent the land on which their mobile home sits, with the expectation of basic utility hookups (water, sewer, and electricity). Residents typically pay for their own utility consumption in addition to lot rent.
- Road Access: Internal roads within the park for vehicle access to individual lots. However, one review mentions roads being blocked by vehicles being worked on.
- Basic Site Management: Oversight of the property, though the reviews question the effectiveness and responsiveness of management.
Given the strong negative feedback regarding amenities, it is crucial for any interested party to directly inquire about what is included in the lot rent and what, if any, communal facilities are genuinely available and maintained.
Based on the candid customer reviews, the "features" and "highlights" of Casa Loma Mobile Home Park present a challenging picture.
- Affordability (Compared to Area): One review notes it is "Fairly priced compared to the others around the area." In a high-cost area like West Palm Beach, this could be a significant factor for individuals on a tight budget.
- Friendly Neighbors (for some): One positive note is the mention of "Very friendly neighbors," suggesting that a sense of community among residents might exist despite other challenges.
However, it is imperative to directly address the significant negative feedback that constitutes the majority of the provided reviews:
- Lack of Amenities: A key highlight is the explicit absence of typical mobile home park amenities, with reviews stating "NO amenities there. No pool, no clubhouse, no nothing" and that a pool and clubhouse talked about online have been "removed."
- Poor Maintenance and Appearance: Reviews describe the park as "run down" and looking "like an auto repair shop with cars and trucks being worked on all over the place," leading to blocked roads and "smells of toxic waste at times."
- Security Concerns: Residents report "people come in at night and steal things off your front porch," indicating significant security issues within the park.
- Management Issues: Reviews strongly criticize the management and landlords, citing refusal to refund deposits despite timely payments and a general lack of responsiveness and professionalism. One resident feels "really bad for all the people who have to live under these conditions" and asks, "Where is management?????????".
- Rising Lot Rent with No Improvement: A serious concern is that the "owner has the nerve to continue raising the lot rent......there are absolutely NO amenities there," implying a lack of value for money.
These detailed accounts from residents paint a picture of a challenging living environment with significant issues regarding maintenance, security, and management.

Given the negative feedback regarding management responsiveness, it is advisable to be persistent and to consider visiting the property in person before making any decisions. For Floridians seeking mobile home living in the West Palm Beach area, Casa Loma presents a unique and, based on customer reviews, challenging option. The primary, and perhaps only, factor that might make this place "suitable" for some locals is its potentially "Fairly priced" lot rent relative to the high cost of living in West Palm Beach. For individuals facing severe budget constraints who cannot afford other housing options in the area, it might be a last resort. The mention of "friendly neighbors" suggests that some residents may find a sense of community among themselves, even in difficult circumstances.
However, it is crucial for any local considering Casa Loma Mobile Home Park to be fully aware of the overwhelmingly negative feedback provided by current and former residents. Reports of a "run down" appearance, roads being blocked by vehicle repairs, "smells of toxic waste," frequent theft from porches, and allegations of highly unprofessional and unresponsive management are significant red flags. The complete absence of amenities like a pool or clubhouse, coupled with seemingly arbitrary rent increases, indicates a low quality of life and potentially poor value. While the desire for affordable housing in South Florida is strong, prospective residents must weigh these serious concerns against the potential cost savings. For locals, a thorough personal visit, direct questioning of management about every concern raised in reviews, and perhaps seeking advice from tenant rights organizations, are absolutely imperative before making any commitment to Casa Loma Mobile Home Park. For most Floridians seeking peace of mind, security, and basic living standards, this park, based on the provided feedback, may not be a suitable choice.

Casa Loma Reviews
If I could rate this with NO stars, I would. I have a friend who lives in this run down piece of **** mobile home park. It actually looks like an auto repair shop with cars and trucks being worked on all over the place. They block the road so that it's impossible to get to the trailer you are headed for. Smells of toxic waste at times. The owner has the nerve to continue raising the lot rent......there are absolutely NO amenities there. No pool, no clubhouse, no nothingMy friend, unfortunately, can't afford to move at this time. I feel really bad for all the people who have to live under these conditions. Where is management?????????
Apr 28, 2025 · Mary D HagerVery friendly neighbors but not the best trailer park in the area talks about a pool and club house online but they have removed it . Clean for the most part . Fairly priced compared to the others around the area . Not a bad place to live
Mar 03, 2025 · arteenius o'nealthis place is a complete clown show the property manager yuliette is only after your money. the rent to live in the hole is not worth it. yuliette has no consideration for anybody and doesn’t care how much you’ve payed i’ve payed thousands of dollars in rent to keep and spot that wasn’t worth it there are drug dealers living in what looks like abandoned places. people walking trough yards and one point someone stole my dads tools in the middle of the day while we were home we didn’t realize until he said he said that he didn’t know where they were. yuliette has demanded my rent by the 1st of every month and if i didn’t get it there in time she will give your lot away. we are here for 3 months out of the year for the winter. when paying $900 in rent you would expect to have some type of consideration from your landlord. run from this place it needs condemned.
