Casa Del Rey Mobile Home Estates Reviews
Updated 6/11/2025 Complex maintenance average. Asphalt old, and road paintings faded. "Some" broken bricks, weeds and a few of the overgrown trees throughout the park are being addressed. Common area facilities turned into storage rooms and senior "self entertaining" areas were eliminated. Large percentage of non-owner home rentals not properly maintained. Limited Guest parking exacerbated by work trucks and reserved parking now. Street cleanliness improving. Water sediment. No dog park or grass area for dogs. The spa is yellow. Complex residents'opinions by renters vs home owners differ. Home owners have actual monetary investments in their mobile homes that are affected by complex conditions. Renters do not.
Jun 15, 2025 · BARBARA CALABRESEI have lived at CDR since 2018.We have never had a dog park ,have had spaces unkept with weeds and broken bricks. We have had the roads not clear and trees overcrowding in some spaces. Some of you may recall Saul our lone gardner. He did the best he could and I always could count on him taking care of my trees.I am a renter here but I also enjoy keeping my yard clean as well as helping my neighbors who cannot move as well as I.It seems to me that we all need to take personal responsibility for our spaces and stop blaming management. You as an owner knew when you moved in YOU were responsible for the upkeep of your space .As a gardening maintenance is no longer available , it is imperative to help each other out.Owners and renters alike moved here knowing fully there was no dog park broken bricks unkept yards.Yet we all still moved here.Yes us renters may not have a monetary stake in the park but that doesn't mean we are solely responsible for the unkept spaces. There are 4 homeowners spaces behind me.All are overgrown with weeds dead trees trash etc. They need to step up as well. The park is only as good and welcoming as those that live here.I happen to love my home and take care of it with help from Nikki and company. And Damon as well.If your looking for perfection in a park , this may not be for you.But if your looking for a place to call home, WELCOME

PEOPLE ARE SICK AND TIRED OF READING YOUR BIASED EDITORIAL COMMENTS ABOUT THE CONDITIONS OF THE PARK. GET A LIFE.
