Lived here for almost 9 years this time and 4 years the previous time. Ashley is amazing she’s great nice to finally have a manager and people who cares! We own ours and most of our neighbors are friendly caring people. Nice to have a place to have the kids play now and steps being made for the kids.

It is a trailer park and what stands out about this one over the others is that you rent to own these trailers. My friends older depreciated trailer was given to him but he had to rent the lot on which the trailer stood. There are a lot of family and in the afternoon you need to adhere to the posted speed because the after schoolers are out and about.. The park is maintained and it seems that the rif raft associated with a lot of trailer parks is at bay.
