This review is in regards to several recent improvements ive seen at Hidden Valley MHP. Of the upmost importance to me as someone on the autistic spectrum is the improvement in communication via a new and more amicable property manager. It is obvious that my peace of mind matters to her and that is a rare and well appreciated quality in someone with power over your domicile. Furthermore there have been quantifiable improvements to the community as a whole that are evident through recent enforcement of policies (animal control, policing of loud music, parking enforcement) that were in place before but not being executed. I am thankful for our new leader in the community and hope that HVMHP will be as good for her as she has been to us.

The employees name in particular is Nora I'm in the military and I know exactly what it means to be pissed off at people but this, this woman has some how made me feel more pissed off at a singular person than I've ever been at an entire group of people I mean it she needs to be fired because she is lazy and will not even show up to work except a few hours a week I'm not even sure how you people sleep well knowing how much money you are taking from the people who live here because we can't even afford the water or electricity right now and it's even shut off and they are still trying to make us pay for something we can't even use

It's not junked up and neighbors are still neighborly due to the fact that they have been there for years and it is quiet and peaceful.I'm very happy to call this my temporary home until my new house is built. 👍🏼

My only concern is I wish they had better security at night since I had my propane tanks stolen. Even if this sounds a little contradictory I've really enjoyed the first year living here.

No matter how I call and when I call she answers with a wonderful greeting ☺️ Most of all I’ve meet all the staff everyone is very kind ! I was a little skeptical at first as well but at fine with my Jehovah god always 🙏!I thank him for sending Kimberly my way ! She went all out the way to make me and my family happy ! That’s the kind of people we need in such cases! My husband is a police and brother. So they both told me no worries it’s nice and also clean and would be a good place! But like I say and sat again thank you mrs Kimberly for being here with us…it’s been a while now but been intended to leave a review about our stay .thank you and the staff for making us even more comfortable!
