I keep deleting my reviews because I keep trying to be empathetic towards the corporate of Camelot. But I keep being reminded why I dislike living here. Take this photo for example. Lets say you needed a new water line dug and they just leave the cleanup for you to do? The customer cleaning up after the people who dug my water line? Seems unprofessional to me don't you think? Not only that but it's a quarter of my lawn I can barely mow but it's also turned into a anthill. So when I called them up at the office a whole month and a half ago they told me I can either shovel it or they'll be having a team go around and clean up after all the new water lines. Which was dug almost 3 months ago. I've been mowing this for almost 2 months now and have yet to see anyone come around and check up on it to see if it's even done yet. And there is no way I'm going to be able to shovel an a 10 foot wide anthill because they told me to let the dirt settle before I do anything myself. But you won't hear the office being sympathetic towards you when you give them a call about it, you'll hear a script being read off to you and your questions will be left unanswered. Like when or where this cleanup crew is. Don't get me wrong, I work 12 hours a day and yet I'm supposed to fix this myself instead of the people who made it? Because I'm a trained electrician and it's quite disrespectful to just leave a mess for the customer to clean up and have I'm sure Camelot will be putting a paper on my front window here soon telling me to mow my quarter of my lawn I can't reach with a push mower.
