Aug 18, 2024 · Christine BondDo not rent here. Crazy horrible termite issue with most if not all homes in here. Has been known for about 4 weeks and only had interior treatment once and exterior treatment once. Currently paying $1509 for a single wide 3 bedroom for us and the kids just to roommate with termites in an unlivable home and mobile park that violates quite a few health codes.
May 31, 2024 · Sarah LivelyThe owner of this place is Paul Chad comingore. I have a long complex story of the disrespect that was given to me and my husband. There were many lies from everybody involved they are helping him steal our money. He overcharges you for everything and then never gives you your deposit back. I'm still waiting for my deposit. I was told I would get it in a week and have not. it's almost been a month but I did get a letter saying that he planned on keeping some of that money from the $799 security deposit that I put down. Well I have before photos and after photos of the house. I also recorded my conversation with the manager when I showed her the house and was walking through. She said everything was perfect and that they would give me my money back she said the house was in better condition than when I came in that she saw the pictures. That will definitely be enough proof to get my money back I guess I'm going to have to go to court now. Those are all of my pictures from how I left it now I'd like to know why I'm not getting my full deposit back. But that's okay like I said I have all of the audio recording. Oh and I have all of the audio from every time I went in the office and complain about problems because nobody would do anything. See you in court Paul I want my damn money back
Feb 03, 2020 · Lisa GagnonIt's coming along nicely with the post hurricane rebuild. Several brand new homes with professional stone work for walk and parking
Apr 08, 2025 · Shawn LittleThese trailers are death traps. Dangers exist with building structure, water damage, mold, pests, and wiring resulting in house fires. Not to mention the diseased and dying trees that destroy homes and endanger the lives of residents as more of them fall with every storm that comes through. Living and raising children here is dangerous.
