In this type of community, residents typically own their manufactured homes while leasing the land or "lot" that the home occupies. Very nice place to be. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. People wave to each other and say hi. Ive never witnessed any issues at all. It's quite peaceful and everyone seems to look out for one another. It's the kind of place you can leave packages outside of your door and not worry that somebody will steal it. Which is rare nowadays. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is just because the potholes throughout the park which is fixable and if you're here long enough you learn how to go around them quickly.
