First, I'll give the place credit for trying to keep it on the upswing. BUT lot rent has gone up $99 in a year, plumbing has major problems so water is often off. All trees were removed so it feels naked. Existing residents shouldn't have to pay for all the empty lots because the new homes are more expensive than an actual house so they aren't selling.
