Caddo Valley RV Park Reviews
This RV park is the former Arkadelphia RV Park with a new owner who is investing heavily in the park. Construction is expected to be complete in April 2021.Even during construction, the park is a nice place to stay for the night. We arrived late and the park manager came over to escort us to our site even though it was several hours after closing time.Once construction is complete, there will be 30+ large pull through sites in the upper area near the office and pool. The community area and laundry, both near the office, are already done and look very nice.
Apr 04, 2021 · CharityI called to get information and the woman answering the phone was rude and very short with me. She wouldn't even let me complete my question. That explains the rating of 3.5
May 05, 2025 · Jean Toland-ScottWe just needed a place for the night. Melisa had one spot left and saved it for us with no card info, etc. Very helpful. The park was clean, clean! Office was spic and span. Spot was gravel, not concrete, but it was fresh, clean gravel, with no dirt to get on your feet. Looks like the spot we stayed in (# 22) had all new hookups. Not one thing to complain about. Residents there seemed happy, and were courteous. No loud noises. We’ll try to make it back.
May 03, 2023 · Marvin BurrowsThis ignorant lady running the place tried to talk badly about my kids to my boss. She said my kids pooped all over the walls in the restroom! Excuse me lady but my wife doesn’t lose sight of my kids and plus we have a very nice camper with our own bathroom we’d never use a nasty public restroom when we have our own. My boys are respectful and courteous my wife would tear them a new one if they ever did such a thing! (They never would though!) She never even called me to say anything just decided to talk badly about us not knowing that she was speaking to my boss. Jokes on her my boss knew that wasn’t my kids and agreed to what a crazy rude lady she was. We weren’t even there 90% of the time my wife took the kids to hot springs and the state park we pretty much just slept there. Funniest part is she had no proof of my kids doing it she just decided to pick us to trash talk. What a joke. Overpriced gravel pit with crazy management.
Jun 16, 2022 · John SpurlockNice place, nice owners. Most campers have been there quite a while; vacancies are few and far between. The owners are really nice and live on site.
