Buckeye Mobile Home Park Reviews
The management lies and let's other people read the meters for your electricity, and she sends the children out with your rent receipts. Tell me now where is the privacy. The only 9nes that have anything good to say about management works for her at the marval deli.. (they don t want fired) Rented a place for 3 years and had no form of heat. The mold was everywhere in the home. The celing leaks and the front and back doors were interior doors. I repeatedly asked for repairs and was put farther down the list. Not till after I had called the county health and code inspection did they get me a working heater. Within days after calling and reporting i was asked to please move out so they could do repairs and was promised in writing it would take 1 month 2 months at the most. Well 8 months later the're still working on it and my son and i are still waiting on a healthy home ......update... Now a year and three months later the fricken manager tells me I can't have my home back and rented it out to one of her friends. Hope they like black mold. They won't even give back my deposit..
Jun 30, 2022 · Tiffany CooperNothing but a slum lord making profit from people who can barely afford to survive. They rent out trailers and modulars that have black mold in them. No source of heat which is against renters rights. They hire unlicensed contractors to come in and repair the modulars. And they over charge you an Arm & leg below are some pictures of the modular they were renting to me
Feb 28, 2019 · Chris EvansI live here in a cute little modular with my family and we love it. The manager is amazing and the whole park has a family feel. Very safe. The park is a bit run down but the manager is doing what she can to do upgrades as allowed by the owner of the park. A very safe place for kiddos.
Jun 01, 2021 · Lisa SaletIf you need a place to live and money is tight. It's a good place. No break ins or trouble. Manger is nice and helpful.
Jun 08, 2024 · Natalie Y (Napy)Because of the owner of the property is a slum lord, the management gets to do work they aren't qualified for. And then people loose everything they owned, two dead cats, and their residence in a fire all because the owner was too cheap to have it done professionally. The management doesn't keep the place clean of druggies either. Place is crawling with tweekers.
