I have lived in this park for 22 years and we have had our ups and downs. When Larry Hughes was the manager he kept really close tabs on things then we got a new owner and Larry got replaced the managers were terrible until recently. We had Rachel for a little while and she was awesome then she was promoted and now we have Eddie and he is just as awesome. Update, 5/25: I had high hopes for this place but over the last several months those are gone. It seems this place is always making promises but nothing ever happens. We have a lot of dead trees and trees that need to be topped off and I thought they were going to get trimmed at least this year but that's not going to happen I guess. I keep hearing they are getting estimates I've been hearing that for 10 years do they really think the prices are going to come down? I also heard at the beginning of this year said they were going to start marking parking spaces and that isn't happening either. The rent keeps increasing along with the electric rates but the residents never seem to see any improvements in fact it's getting worse. They don't care who they move in here we are now back to drug users and people with kids they don't watch so they run crazy in the neighborhood. At this point I would not recommend this place. I hope it gets better

Toilet seal replaced. They even snaked the drain. The management here is very approachable. Even with the past winter storm he sent email park wide as to how to prevent frozen water pipes. He knows his stuff. If people had frozen pipes they didn't read email. Eddie and Blake work hard and try to address all issues on a timely manner.Kuddos2836 windy way residence

Eddie is the nicest most down to earth guy,if you call the office and there is no answer he calls you right back. Things truly seem to be heading in a great direction since he has been here!
