Brookshire Village Reviews
I have lived in the park for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. We are and act like a real tight knit community, something I've always wanted, with an amazing lot manager that stays on top of everything. I have NEVER had a problem reaching her and always feel welcomed to drop by the office whenever I need too. She's understanding, fair, and always able to talk which is a really nice change of pace compared to other managers/communities. She doesn't leave early or come in late which also a nice change of pace lol and she thrives to make us a community/friends instead of just another neighborhood. We are constantly having tons of fun events for kids (and even adults) of all ages. I love how vibrant and full of life it is during the day and then how quiet and peaceful it gets as soon as the sun goes down. It really is the best of both worlds. The pool is always clean and beautiful. I could go on and on about all the positive features and attributes the community and our manager has but I think you get the picture. Me and my family are beyond happy to be here and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon:) AND WE HOPE our manager LEXIE doesn't go anywhere else either!! Because she is beyond loved at the community and we couldn't ask for a better manager!:)
Jun 11, 2025 · Nichole PresnellMy husband David and myself moved in July 2024. We are renting a brand new 2024 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms home. Rent is a fair price. Lexie our park manager is very kind and friendly. David and I would definitely recommend Brookshire Village to anyone needing an affordable home.
Jun 19, 2025 · Sally DunsmoorWe just moved into Brookshire Village and we’ve had an excellent experience so far! We moved from Washington to Missouri and Lexie was so helpful getting us into a home while we were still out of state! She made the process so smooth and I look forward to living here, it feels like a great fit for our family!Updating to add: We had our first experience with the maintenance team and they were FABULOUS! Not only were they timely and respectful, they made sure the area they were working in was left in the way it was found.
Feb 25, 2025 · Tyra BlytheLexie Young is our community manger. I’ve lived here for many years (20+). I’ve known many managers, and I would have to say she has been one of the very best. She is very fair, and conscientious of the community’s needs, and everyone’s personal needs. She’s always helpful and at the same time is always looking for ways to make this community a better home experience for all of us. Again I would say I give her 5 stars on her efforts and professionalism.Paul B. Finch
Dec 20, 2024 · Paul FinchI have lived in Brookshire for 3 years. The rent is reasonable, actually it's lower than average trailer park rent in Jefferson County.Anytime I've had a major maintenance issue they have fixed it in a timely manner . The girl who works in the office is very nice and helpful, and the maintenance manager is really nice as well. I have two little kids and we really enjoy the Park and Pool in the summertime.
