I do enjoy living here the only thing is my address in Google maps takes my packages to 4 different addresses of the same number in the park. So therefore people that get these packages don't turn them in or bring them to my address.

May 03, 2025 · j ortHave lived here for most of my life. Lot rent is cheaper than any apartment rent. Lot rent includes sewer, garbage pickup, and water. Several homes for sale in the community, both single wide and double wide homes. Roads have been milled and re-paved this past summer (2024). Park speed limit is 15 MPH but many residents continue to speed through, including careless school bus drivers. That's my main pet peeve is speeding in this park. Many residents both young and old walk these roads to get their mail or walk their dogs. Some dog owners don't care about other residents' lots or gardens and let their dogs defecate all over them. Another pet peeve of mine. Would be a nicer park without the speeders and the careless dog owners.

Upper management and leadership team are poor, policies are outrageous, being let go for a policy they don't fully enforce company wide, with other properties that dont obide by the policy If it is a company policy it must be company wide per ADA and AG of New York State, which can lead to wrongful termination. Do not valu their employees as assests to the company and treat them like they aren't worth anything. They had a great CM who was turning the park around and knew what he was doing and they let him go. Hopefully due to wrongful termination that manager gets his job back or does something about it. He is missed at the community. Upper management and DOO truly has no clue what they lost and did. The Community will go right back to what it was without him.

In the winter time you're lucky if there's a path barely big enough to get a vehicle if they plow. Winter of of 2023 the roads were so bad emergency response vehicles were getting stuck. When my lease is up I will walk away from this place and never look at it again. Nor will I refer this place to anybody. Has been a terrible experience from the day I turn the key
