Brighthaven Estates is a hidden gem! This little RV Park is great, small but quite. It has just the right amount of amenities. It sits off the main roads so no one really see it. It is the perfect place for us and very reasonably priced. I wish I could give Brighthaven a really bad review so no one would go there, that way I would always have a spot there, but I can't. The people that work there are great, the residents that live there are great and the sites are all newer and in great condition. I will always stay at Brighthaven any time I come to Phoenix AZ.

We will have spent two months at this park. It is quiet, well-maintained, and the bathrooms and laundry is very clean. Management is very helpful when needed. We highly recommend this park for RV purposes. The lots are large and you have concrete and artificial grass which is nice for when you want to sit outside.

The management at Brighthaven Estates is , simply, the best! Ron is always very helpful, patient and friendly. He has gone out of his way to assist with challenging situations when help was really needed.And, Maxci, is a pleasure, as well, to do business with. She is a GEM and so professional. I think that they could certainly teach a class in the BEST customet service. Thank you, again.

We stayed for 3 months this winter. There are 27 RV spots and 150 mobile home sites. All the RV spots are newly renovated. There's room for larger RVs (40 feet) and two vehicles. For those who like to use the onsite amenities. There is a laundry, bathrooms and showers. The washers and driers are new, and the bathrooms are in excellent condition. They have a small pool and a hot tub. Not many people use it. It would be like having your own. The community building has cable TV, a library and a full kitchen (sink, refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave).The park is quite and far enough away from the freeway that you don't hear car noise. The main road isn't busy at night.Good value for the price.
