Brazos River RV Park Reviews
Wish they had cleaner, more updated bathrooms. Kinda rustic & the floors weren't clean. Otherwise, nice little camping park along the Brazos River.
Mar 24, 2025 · TammyThe Brazos RV Park was a great experience! The location was wonderful with easy access to the river. We had a wonderful RV site nestled up into the trees great shade especially in the 100° heat. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time fishing, paddling up and down the River, and floating in the river. This is definitely a place that I would visit again.
Sep 02, 2024 · Dawn CooperWe have loved this quiet little RV park. It's so peaceful here. Easy access to the river. I love the way this park is ran. The park manager Shelli is just awesome! She is so on top of things. Plus, I had told her that my husband's job moves us around a lot and she was so understanding when sure enough we had to move in the middle of the month. This park conducts honest business and worked with us, which we have unfortunately ran into some RV parks in the past that don't run the same way and we have lost out on a lot of money because of having to move. So thank you for doing things right and thanks for having us!
Jul 15, 2023 · Amanda SandovalWe lived here for over a year. The best RV park in the area. It is secure and very well maintained. Very convenient location near anything we could need, but far enough out to see some stars and hear the crickets at night! We loved and enjoyed the river so much that we will definitely be back. Husband had the best catch of his life - a 9lb largemouth bass! Shelli, the park manager really looks out for the guests even after you leave! Overall a must stay destination! Until next time!
Apr 06, 2023 · Shereyda SilvaA lovely campground with nice, helpful manager and residents. On the river, a local living there says good fishing. Many trees with shaded campsites. They welcomed us tent camping on a Harley. Nice bathhouse. There are laundry and Rec rooms but we didn't check them out. A little far from the freeway but glad to sleep without freeway noise. We will visit again. Updated September 2021. We did visit again, this time an overnight in our hybrid travel trailer. We had a nice tree shaded site close to the river. This is now our routine stopover when traveling I-35 to or from our home in the Rio Grande Valley of Southwest Texas. Leaving Brazos River at 8 or 9 AM we miss rush hour traffic driving North through Dallas Fort Worth. Beautiful campground. I think when we are returning South in a few weeks we will stay longer.
