For instance, management might offer incentives for certain pre-owned homes that are ready for quick occupancy, or have specific programs related to lot setup for new homes. The best approach for Pennsylvanians interested in Brady Hills is to contact the park directly. Brady Hills Mobile Home Park Reviews
Peaceful and quiet for the most part. However, there's a lot of abandoned trailers, potholes in the roads, grass on the roads (which can cause motorcycles to crash), and some drug use in the area. The water issue has been fixed compared to what I was hearing about it a few months ago. Some of the trailers are relatively... "Run down." Lots of overgrowth in certain areas, trash all through the park, and far too many stray animals. A friend of mine who lives there had encountered aggressive dogs on the loose twice, and close bear encounters twice before curfew hours; once in the spring and once in the late summer.
Sep 03, 2018 · Arsyn KrasotaNice place to live, as with anywhere it could use some improvements. I have been a visitor off and on for many many years. Over the time it has greatly changed with the new owners, I just miss the old playground theres not much for entertainment for younger kids except a basketball half-court. Would be great to have a playground again!
Feb 12, 2024 · Cody BrandonThey raised the lot rent once again yet they still haven't fixed the roads, the potholes will destroy your car. The water is still brown, undrinkable and so highly chlorinated it burns your eyes and causes your hair to fall out. There's so many abandoned trailers because people would rather leave them than stay here. The cops are always here for something and the drugs are so bad. They will write you up for not cutting your grass fast enough though.. worst place I've ever experienced.
Nov 02, 2022 · Jenna ArmstrongNot sure when I was there but Google wants a review. There are homes. These homes can be relocated, u could call them movable or mobile homes if u wanted. None of them were mobile when I was there. Stayed in the same damn spot all day, some didn't even have wheels or wings or skis or anything so idk. I was under the impression they were trailers.
