I moved into Woody Acres back in 2019. I worked in the office for awhile. And then BoaVida now owns Woody Acres RV Resort in Rockport/Fulton Texas. In the past the turnaround of onsite Manager(s) and Office staff has been a revolving door. The video that BoaVida has on their website is not what Woody Acres looks like. A tad deceiving. There is so much work that needs to get done to make it appealing for newcomers. The constant water turn off is frustrating. Among other issues, flooding in the park is a nightmare. I have emailed documents to Manager on site, emailed Josh Court in regards to paying lawn service. A service that was brought to my attention and which I've paid over 2 years. I await that check to be mailed to me. I now have opted out of such service. I thought Woody Acres was a 55+ Park. One can see the eyesore overflow of trash dumpsters when entering Woody Acres. I have seen young kids running around on bicycles and in pool are without any supervision which I have addressed to Manager.
