Blue Fountain Mobile Home Park Reviews
Nice little area I guess. Clean for the most part. Except at night homeless people walk the area but keep to themselves, they try their best not to be seen. If looking to buy here and wifi is something you need to live your everyday then don’t live here. Spectrum is capable of servicing the park but the owner will tell you he has to pay out of pocket for them to service which doesn’t make any sense but whatever. The future is now and owner refuses to change with the times. Other than that the older folk are very friendly.2 month Edit: Management decided to close the facilities early now from 8pm to 6pm. A lot of residents are unhappy with the new change. The reasoning is to “combat homeless” being st the park. However the homeless come throughout the day to use the bathrooms in the common areas so don’t see how changing the times helps when it’s already happening during the day. Other residents have stated that instead of getting notices on their doors about weeds they should focus more on actually fixing the homeless problem. John has a security that drives through the park but homeless at night already know the routine and times which virtually is ineffective. If you want to be limited and surrounded by homeless then this is the place to live.
May 20, 2025 · Chad PowersThis is a very poorly run park. Owner doesn't do anything the blue signs up say about rules regulations etc. Can't use the clubhouse facilities for all the homeless hanging around cooking in clubhouse sleeping on the tables swimming in the pool with their filthy clothes actually some residents in the pool with clothes on. Streets are filthy with trash- beer cans etc. cars speed like crazy not all streets have speed bumps cars trucks parked all over park streets blocking ambulances and fire trucks very unsafe. Harassment from powers that be when you complain. Many complaints to the city council which are worthless San Jacinto elect a new council. When you call 911 about homeless no action. Burglaries right in day light . Homeless stealing anything not nailed down sleeping in empty units or on our carports. Anyone writing any kind of a ok review is nuts! The best was the neighbor tossing out a almost dead cat out of their yard into the street!
Jun 03, 2025 · linda pillowI recently purchase a mobile home @ Blue Fountain as a weekend “granny pad” so I can visit my granddaughters in S CA. I had a few issues AFTER closing escrow. Some park owners might just ignore my requests because the deal was closed, but the owner, Jon, was really attentive. The best way to describe him is an upstanding guy who wants to be fair. He didn’t have to resolve the issues, legally, but he did because it was the right thing to do. He truly cares about the park, how it looks, and the happiness of the residents. There are some things out of his control, but he certainly has made many wonderful improvements.
Dec 13, 2024 · Lisa LeA friend resides here for many yrs. and needs help getting his rent in on time monthly. The maintenance man as well as 3 tenants didn't know or realize they have a drop box for the rent. Now my friend is also aware of the drop box and it's location. I'm so glad I called Jennifer and asked a young man walking to the rec room at the time, they were very helpful..
Aug 09, 2024 · Inah GreenBlue Fountain is a Clean Park with a nice Pool and BBQ area with picnic tables. There is also a Recreation Room inside with tables and chairs, TV and a kitchen. In another room there is a Pool Table. The Restrooms are Clean but beware you will be questioned if you dare to use them! The Laundry Room needs to be expanded. It had only two sets of washers and dryers for the entire Park and it is quite large !The only issue is the Security Guard Car that seems to hassle anyone walking in the Park. I thought I was behind the Berlin Wall for a minute.
