They offer flexible booking options—daily, weekly, and special long-term rates—making it a versatile choice for anyone passing through Fresno or settling in the area for work or extended exploration.
Management prides itself on creating an "oasis in Fresno," acknowledging its location in an active urban area while diligently focusing on internal security and community welfare. This commitment is often highlighted in customer feedback, which praises the wonderful and helpful staff, the well-kept grounds, and the safe feeling inside the park perimeter, positioning Blackstone North RV Park as a secure option in a bustling city.
Blackstone North RV Park is strategically situated at **6494 N Blackstone Ave, Fresno, CA 93710, USA**. Being located directly on North Blackstone Avenue ensures excellent connectivity for RVs and trailers, though the main thoroughfare can be busy.
The park's location is a significant advantage for travelers. It is positioned near major freeways, making it an efficient starting point for day trips:

The features of Blackstone North RV Park are centered on comfort, convenience, and safety, successfully establishing a reputation as a highly functional and secure urban RV community.
- **Big-Rig Friendly Sites:** The park has approximately 100 sites, many of which are roomy pull-through spots, making navigation and setup easy for large RVs up to 65 feet in length. Sites are level, often featuring a concrete patio area and either asphalt or blacktop for the RV.
 - **Community Focus on Safety:** Residents frequently highlight the park's focus on safety, describing it as a "safe oasis" with a management team and staff who are committed to maintaining a secure environment. The presence of resident-led initiatives, such as a neighborhood watch, further reinforces the communal effort to keep the area secure and welcoming.

For the RV traveler or long-term resident in California seeking a place to stay in Fresno, **Blackstone North RV Park is worth choosing for its exceptional balance of urban convenience, essential full-service amenities, and proven commitment to resident safety and community.**
The primary reason for selecting this park is its strategic location. As a central hub in the Central Valley, it provides quick, easy access to all the major shopping, hospitals, and amenities in North Fresno, while also acting as an ideal launchpad for the iconic National Parks just a short drive away. For those who frequently rely on amenities like grocery stores or are seeking temporary housing near medical facilities, the park’s proximity is unmatched.
The second key factor is the high-level functional support. With full hookups (30/50 amp, water, sewer) at every spacious site, plus the inclusion of **free Wi-Fi and cable**, residents are provided with everything needed for a modern, comfortable stay. The on-site laundry and clean public showers further add to the convenience.
Finally, the consistent positive feedback regarding the staff, the cleanliness, and the "safe oasis" feeling within the perimeter strongly suggests that management effectively mitigates the typical concerns associated with an urban RV park, making it a reliable and peaceful choice despite being in the middle of a busy city. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stayed here 3 nights ago. We were very apprehensive about staying here. The main reason being is in the middle of Fresno. Alot of unsavory looking people on the street, on the way there. The captain of the neighborhood watch in the park helped us get set up. Really nice people. They informed us that the park had changed for the better, considering where it's located. Only stayed there one night. Safe and sound inside the park. Headed out the next morning.

September 10 · HopeWe made reservations with Heather, she is so helpful and accommodating. Best customer service ever!! We started out with a 1 week stay in October, we needed a second week, and everyone was so kind, even Oscar the maintenance man was helpful, we needed some branches trimmed and he got right on it. All the neighbors were courteous, and friendly. Very pleasant stay. We will be back
