Mar 26, 2024 · Ben is BallerMy friend lives there and I've visited a few times it's definitely a very well kept clean tidy I think a well run place, it's very visually obvious. I think probably the only downside is that it does not have LP gas low pressure gas or natural gas so you got to go fill your propane tanks up manually but it has a great location it's near the highway and I think a pretty nice place.
Jan 09, 2024 · Rod RomoWe love living in Big Oaks Park. Its quiet, clean, good neighbors, and safe.Family owned business, friendly and helpful staff. Know mostly everyone living here are very nice, never a problem. Would recommend Park to friends, and family and how wonderful life is even without a pool !
Jan 12, 2024 · kathyThey run the mobile home park like a prison. Way too many rules for a park that offers you nothing. There is no pool, no club house, no grassy area where you could lay a blanket down & enjoy the sun. All they have is that beautiful cell tower that is killing people. Last I heard the total was 31. Now my boyfriend has congestive heart failure. Isn't that special, thanks Big Oak.
Oct 15, 2023 · Michelle de la MadridPet Friendly??? Not in the least. I had to spend $400 to get my dogs certified as emotional support animals. They say that NO pets are allowed. For a couple of years I was forbidden from walking my dog on their property and this includes common areas and grass. My neighbor had to get rid of her dog because as a golden retriever, it was "too big" Many neighbors have also told me about the management telling them that they have to get rid of their dog. Also, they've made me put my cat on a leash and after that I never saw my cat again. They also have a cell tower on their property and since November 2015 31 people have died. 31 of my neighbors are dead due to the non-ionizing radiation that the cell tower transmit.Cancers, heart, congestive heart failure.Do not move here if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Don't risk your life. It's not worth it.
