I’m a five year resident and it’s great to have Carol back at the helm as manager. Her personalknowledge of the park and all its amenities and utilities keeps our environment running “smoothas silk”. Another outstanding attribute is that a resident has to look no further than the office orjust pick up the phone in order to have a conversation with our manager. It’s a real joy living here!

It used to be a quiet senior park, now it is a "family" park with issues with drugs & crime ever since the new owners took over. The residents of the park have a class action suit against the new owners because they do not do a thing, nor anything they "promise" - electrical, sewer problems, water problems, to name a few. None of these other reviews are people who actually live here.

Our water went out for a few hours the other day and she was kind enough to bring us a case of water for the time being. I also love how quiet it is here and safe.
