Lived here for years and the manger only answers when it’s convenient, office is always closed! Manger is always throwing parties will not let REAL visitors park where it’s needed! May 31, 2025 · Catalina ZilaMobile park itself isn't too bad when it comes to safety and cleanliness, but their management is bogus - hypocritical. And if they don't like you, you'll know it and so will your visitors. You've gotta park in the driveway of who you're visiting; don't park on the street - they're in cahoots with a towing company that'll haul your car away in a heartbeat - ask me how I know. $260 bucks when I was way in the back out of anyone's way.Yet if you know the management, you'll be fine - double standard. Notice the vehicles in these pictures that are parked on the side like I was, yet they're not towed...
Mar 26, 2018 · JRClaybrookOwner definitely is money hungry. Crazy rent prices keep going up and they randomly cut the water on the most unexpected days. it’s negative degrees outside and there’s currently no water??There’s still more. The roads aren’t ever taken care of or fixed. I thought an owner was supposed to plow the neighborhoods roads but apparently not. Very unprofessional management.
Jan 21, 2025 · Janet LomeliThe owner is money hungry!!! Most of the residents are on fixed incomes. In the last 2 years he has raised the lot rent nearly $200 a month and is going to raise it another $150, January of 2025. Residents like my family member, who are on fixed incomes, will be paying nearly $1,100 a month!!! That doesn't include any utilities, just the space! The park isn't kept up at all. Residents have to beg for anything to be maintained. Something has to be done!!!
