Bella Vista Mobile Home Park Reviews
Apparently management didn't like my last review, as it appears to have been removed (similar to my residency after 2 unfortunate years)- let me explain:The "good"1) never had a missed payment for over 2 years as a tenant in space #18.2) made multiple friends within the court3) had multiple vehicles, and space to park them4) there's a few more, but honestly, the perks did not supplement or nullify the dirts, jerks, or butthurtsThe BADWhen I decided to find residency elsewhere, and informed management I was leaving (2 months' notice in writing), 5 days until my move-out date, my truck (used to tow my trailer) was towed at my expense🤯. When I confronted the manager, she threatened to punch me, used profanity 🤬and derogatory name-calling🙉, was physically aggressive, called the police (who never came if in fact she did ever call), took my entire deposit (after i cleaned the entire space, and exited similarly to which guidelines suggested)😓, proceeded to inform me i OWED money, then deleted my online review🧐. There's not sufficient text allowance to continue, but I'll try😲...The water was shut off for over a month, and bottled water was provided to remain within landlord/tenant legalities. When notices were distributed, leaflets left taped on resident doors were dated from 2014 (indicating a contaminated water supply for over 10 years)🤢. Prior, the second and last washer machine ceased operation, following both dryers being in operational= no more laundry for any tenant🤨. I bought a dryer and washer machine, and within one week, my washer machine was stolen from outside my trailer, and the manager followed footsteps by demanding removal of the dryer👍.Many items were stolen from inside and outside my unit, in fact, with all recorded theft on camera, including my own and management🥸. When asked for help with the matter, I was told to call police, which I did, made reports, but as I have a demanding work schedule, my absence was noticed by thieves obviously, but not regarded by management and continuously occured, to other residence alike as well 😤.Without wasting more of my or your time, I'll conclude by listing one more situation:😬Once moved out, I returned only to visit previous neighbors or friends I had made while a resident, I was angrily and once more, aggressively shouted at from outside my friends's trailer, to leave😘, from who else but the lovely ex-stripper "manager" who fumed and stormed around outside the biggest, most well-kept, most costly, and also never missed a payment (or had any issues prior to me being a guest at a current) resident's trailer🤗.And one last thing- the reason i was told I owed more money was because after I moved my trailer✌️, i came back after working all day and slept in a vehicle (with the door open) all night for 2 nights, until my cat came back🐾. I was actually charged a pro-rated 2-day fee for a space that was unoccupied, along with multiple other spaces within the park 🥱.I continue to return to the next door trucking company service yard and vehicle body shop in front and repair shop in the back of the building to visit more friends and say hello😀
Jun 29, 2024 · austinThis was a really nice quiet place to live, except that I lived in a trailer where the train went by multiple times per day. They did NOT have an actual fence separating us from the train. They just had an orange plastic safety fence, which was knocked over by the wind. Plus, there is a separate building on the property that has nothing but a shower. Watch out, there is a hole in there where "Peeping Tom's" could watch you while showering. It's just a drain hole, but people can see right in. Many homeless people came on the property to take showers or use the bathrooms to do drugs. My family once had to use that shower because our water wouldn't get warm...We rather go shower in a lake or river, then use that bathroom ever again. BTW, the management was well aware of the events going on in that bathroom. Management was super slow on getting stuff fixed in our trailer, but always super quick on accepting their rent payments. Washers and dryers hardly ever worked and when they did, your clothes came out smelling like piss. Random people would always be going through the dumpster, to collect cans and bottles and management didn't care.
Sep 01, 2019 · Kait&Calib SmileyThis used to be a really nice place to live until Michael wheat the manager came around and made it hard for everybody to live the way they used to. We used to be a really nice Community we all knew each other and it was a community but now it's not he makes it a point to not make you comfortable besides the water being really nasty and the washer and shower being disgusting (because the untreated well water makes your clothes dingy ), we liked it but now. I mean what the hell does he expect from these people that live here. ITS A TRAILER PARK!
Apr 16, 2017 · Carlito GeeI live here so it might be considered bias. It's a nice quiet park. I just wish they had more washers and dryers.
Jan 02, 2022 · Brigitte NicholsEasy excess. With accommodation of shower. Nicely quiet during days and nights
