When asked where the neighbors lot ended before we bought the place we was told 3 feet from the back wall this changed to about 10 feet later. Kennels you say well some cant some can. Depending i suppose how well your liked. Fences supposedly 4 feet, but again that depends on who you are and how well they like you. We have never been late on a payment in the 5 years since we have been here, but are still getting the screw. That 5 years is Cowboy and Belaire. [Same owner both parks]
August 20 · Festus AbernathyI like it because it's well-maintained trailer park and they keep pretty clean some of the tenants have a lot of junk and trash in the yard but I think they give him some out of time and they don't get it cleaned up I'm sure they get cold but other than that this place is perfect mine if you buy a trailer from like my parents help me do so 2012 3 bedroom all new siding and rough and central air and gas heat and all that new fridge dishwasher and that's a nice home couldn't ask for anything better to where it was too hard being where we're at when the trailer was falling apart and too many memories with my little brother there so my Mom Pop bought me and my son this place but me it for my son so we didn't live in a rundown trailer that's falling apart and leaning big time when you put a level on the floor but I couldn't ask for anything better
February 28 · Dustin StuartI would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. The management are crooked lying theives! I lived in there for 16 years and owned 2 homes there. Up until Doug Baird. Took over i had no complaints . they chose not to renew my lease so i have lost my home which i paid 18,000 for because i cant afford to move it. I wouldnt want anyone to have to go through what i have. I thought i had the security of never having to worry about moving or being forced out. I was wrong.
