Beachview MHC Reviews
I have lived here at Beachview for 15 years and have always found it to be a comfortable and well maintained park. I must say the manager, Esther, does a remarkable job of meeting the needs of the tenants here. She responds immediately to any problems, keeps us informed of any work to be done and shows outstanding concern for our individual issues. She is extremely efficient at what she does and is a huge asset to both the owners and the tenants. Hopefully (for our sake) the ownership appreciates her value and keeps her in place for a long while.
Feb 14, 2023 · Steven KlaskyNice quiet 55+ community. Park is unique to others in the area and has a lot of character. Only 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping for anything you could want, you can even walk to many of these places in 10-15 minutes. 10 minute walk to HB Central Park and only 10 minute drive to the beach! Well maintained pool area and monthly social gatherings with very nice people. Management is friendly and approachable for any concerns at all.
Feb 07, 2023 · Judy CohenWe have lived here for 8 years. A little piece of heaven in the best city in America, Huntington Beach. The Manager and Asst. Mgr responsive but not intrusive. Residents walk their small dogs and socialize with other walkers. Neighborhood is extremely safe. Tranquil and quiet.
Feb 01, 2023 · Sylvia CalhounNever trust a realtor to move here! The park is run down and the realtors do not disclose to you that it floods here seriously very often! The park management does not disclose it either! You think you have found a good priced place to retire but so much is wrong here. Our house flooded and cost $30,000 in repairs 8 months after we moved there. Constant sewer back ups.
Jan 20, 2019 · Colleen BrennanThis park is a gem. Located in the heart of HB. Walking distance to local park and grocery stores. Neighbors look out for one another. Park and facilities are clean. Landscaping is lush. Huge pool.
