He been doing it for me for 4 years and counting! David is very helpful and he not ever evicted me even though there's numerous occasions where he could have anyway I recommend him as a landlord and I am very Thankful for him to be my Landlord for myself and my whole family and kids of mines!

And this was with the owner knowing he was on his way and his truck broke down, causing him to be little later than intended. I suggest finding a different place to stay! I wouldn't even give it one star but it wouldn't let me post without it.
