The trash filled trailers have been cleaned out and I believe they are going to tear some down.They have cleaned up but are being very hard nosed about cleaning up not considering the health of the tenants nor the lousy weather we are having.Would not recommend yet

Making sure everything is where it needs to be, do a complete inspection on the trailer. Keep receipts of the money you have given. If you get one of the free trailers than again you should check everything before signing your name to any document. Validation is key if you sign your name without verifying everything that is wrong with the trailer in question than you are the one that isn't doing things right not the park. Now if there is something that has to be corrected by the park's management you should be providing something in writing so they know before agreeing to take the unit. Always keep records and receipts and document everything. Remember if you don't inspect before you take ownership no matter if its a rent to own or free than it doesn't fall on the park.
