Functioning as both an **RV park** and a **Campground**, this facility is strategically located to provide convenience for commuters, travelers, and those seeking simple, no-frills accommodation near major regional hubs. The park is especially popular for extended stays, often hosting those working on local projects or needing a semi-permanent spot close to the city or the airport.
The community atmosphere is generally described as quiet, where most residents keep to themselves but remain friendly and welcoming, with occasional invitations to neighborly cookouts. A significant highlight consistently praised by long-term residents is the dedicated and helpful management, often cited for running the property "as tight as a ship" and for being willing to assist residents. This focus on strong management and consistent operations, including regularly maintained gravel roads and grounds, is key to the park's positive reputation among its regular patrons. Furthermore, the property boasts clean facilities and the modern convenience of app-based laundry payments, eliminating the hassle of lugging quarters.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been here since Christmas and I love it here. They have nice bathrooms with showers. The laundry room is cool because you can pay for your wash with your phone. No more lugging quarters. It’s usually pretty easy to get a load in as in it’s not always being used. Trash is picked up pretty regularly and I think more than once a week. Kathy in the front office is the nicest lady and she’s always willing to help. Lot rent is very reasonable. Water and sewer included. If you have a rig that tends to bottom out, use the entrance closer to the light. It’s more flat. Make sure your registration is up to date on your vehicles as Brighton PD comes through regularly to verify that. They don’t come through for safety and security, they come through to issue tickets.
April 02 · Chardonnay TomczakUpdate # 2 Nov 2024It's a great place to be if you have an Rv. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. I've had a few invites to cookouts as well. Kathy runs the property as tight as a ship. The other day crews came through to level off the gravel roads. Still content with the property. Dont think I'll be leaving my spotany timesoon.Update: Its may 2024 and i still enjoy the place. Its still quiet. I had one issue and the universe took care of it. Yea so its nice. I fiujd out there was showers on the property and they are pretty cleanI love it out here. Located in Brighton which is north of Denver. No better simple Rv park than here. Laundry room on-site 20 min from the airport. It's clean. water included. Lights are added to lot rent. Front office is very nice. I've been here 4 months and not really going nowhere else.
November 07 · Mr “It Cozy” WalkerI would have to say, there are some very negative reviews on here, but that’s on the owners.Kathy runs the place and without help she does the best she can while doing things to make the place feel comfortable and safe.As someone that has a 42’ diesel pusher, the accommodations are far and few between and she does her best to accommodate everyone that’s (last minute) and local people as well. One person cannot be available 24/7/365 and once again, reach out to the owners. The phones and internet were an issue for the past few weeks here, I helped try to rectify it with my internet and that should be on the owners as well. They do not provide one person (just a know it all management company that only sees their paycheck) to help out facilitate the park.
August 04 · Jeremy kuhlmanReasonable rates and rules. There are seperate showers for men and women that require a door code to access. The park is family and pet friendly with a playground and several areas for walking pets. Prairie center shopping center is less than 1 mile away and has restaurants as well as a wide variety of shops including Target, Office Depot, and Home Depot, just to name a few.
