I hated staying here! Made plenty of complaints about people can not control the children and keep them out of my yard ! Nothing was never done about it! When you make a complaint the complaint is never resolved! The neighbors kept having the company parking in front of my driveway, playing music, talking loud and I had to work that next morning! Couldn’t even get no sleep! Also they were all on the side of the road couldn’t even get to my driveway from time to time! If you like peace like I do I do not recommend staying here! I didn’t even stay over there 5 months‼️I thought it was a nice community but I was wrong! Maybe it will be better if people will learn to keep their children off people property and throwing trash all in other tenants yard!

Apr 29, 2025 · zykeria jacksonMy daughter lived here almost 2 years. It started out fine, but over time has become unsafe. The property was sold after she moved in, and this was when it started going down hill. My daughter was approached, and asked if she wanted to do drugs with another resident. Her car was broken into, items were stolen, police report was filed. Police were called for several other incidents. The security gate at the entrance was never replaced, allowing anyone access to Avalon. We were told the underpinning would be replaced, and in 2 years never was. She dealt with a bug issue that WE had to pay to have treated. We moved her from Avalon because her safety was a concern. We always paid rent on time, but were denied a refund of our $850 deposit, even though we were told it would be refunded, and we left the dwelling clean and move in ready for the next unfortunate resident. No one from the corporate office of Vineyards Management Group in Utah will answer the main line, or return a call, after several messages were left. The front office lady, Ebony was always nice, and that's the only positive thing I can say about Avalon. I would not recommend for college students, or anyone concerned for their safety.
Jul 13, 2023 · Amanda TurrentineIt’s okay staying over here, my only problem is people parking on the side of the road and you can’t get by! It has calm down a lot thank god and I would be happy once the gates start working!
