Looked around here before when I was looking to buy. Over priced tiny trailers full of holes. All the money went straight to their office. And the cost to apply and to get a background check is absolutely outrageous with out even the guarantee of getting in.
Feb 26, 2025 · a cLot rent is too expensive now up to $525, park roads are bad full of potholes and rough, bunch of stray cats all over the place, water constantly is being repaired often with no notice, will come home after work and attempt to shower only to find out water is turned off for repairs. Also can only get internet through Mediacom as park does not want to work with Auburn Essentials to get Fiber optic to the park so internet is double what it should be and slower. Park is a dump overall and not to mention constant police activity due to crime. Only move here if you want all the negatives as if you were living in Fort Wayne (Crime, Cost of living, bad road condition) combined with the negatives of being in Auburn (Little to nothing to do, traffic somehow being worse than Fort Wayne due to the poor planning of the main roads Poor internet due to mentioned issue above) literally no point in choosing this park over any of the ones in Fort Wayne. This park has no business comparing itself to Fort Wayne yet it does every time they “adjust market rate” for lot rent increases.

They are very understanding about things and they make you feel like they are there to help rather then only to enforce rules. They are also putting a nice lttle park in for the kids! Glad to see that they are doing something like that for the communityhere. Nice, peaceful place to live!

Here we go again lot rent is going up to $525 starting January 1st 2025 what a joke this place is comparing itself to Fort Wayne parks which have much better amenities and your in a major city with things to do. Water still gets turned off monthly without notice most of the time for maintenance, plus Ernest street was dug up to get to the water main and still hasn’t been fixed going on 1 year now. Funny how they keep increasing the lot rent but can’t even fix the road that they destroyed to fix the crap water mains so now there is a speed bump immediately followed by a giant divot most of the time as there solution to fix it is to throw dirt in it once in a while… they still don’t care about the stray cat issue so I’m constantly having to fix my siding in fear of a fine cause the damn cats love destroying it. You are better living literally anywhere else it’s not a cheaper or better option like it was advertised at this point renting is a better choice by far than living in this dump of a park.Don’t move here just got a notice in the mail for the second lot rent increase in barely more than a year, up to $475 a month. When we moved in back in August of last year it was $375 and we were assured it wouldn’t be going up anytime soon since we just moved in. The excuse for the increase is to “maintain a flourishing community” right cause all the stray cats that they refuse to do anything about cause a resident is feeding them on there porch so it’s “out of there authority” screams flourishing community. They don’t care about you only your money and pretend to be friendly and care while having run down “amenity’s” that consist of run down basketball court, field with crappy pavilion and, second field with pavilion not to mention the crap roads through most of the park at least use lot rent increase to fix the damn roads. Also don’t forget the monthly “emergency water main repair” that usually takes a solid couple of hours to fix, there’s something else maybe you can finally fix with the lot rent increase.
