The community aims to provide a place where residents can establish roots and enjoy the benefits of having their own space. While residents typically set up their own accounts with local utility providers and pay for their usage, the park ensures the readiness of these connections at each site.

Feb 13, 2025 · Chioke WashingtonLance needs to do a better job of cleaning up the property in this mobile home park. Prices are sky high for lot rent, ridiculously high for it looking like a dump. Roads have big holes that will screw up your car so be careful driving threw. A lot of empty trailers that they need to either replace or fix up.
May 11, 2022 · Veronica Nite-mares of hemphill DavisI lived in the park for over 10 years. In my opinion they stuck it to me real good. Again in my opinion they can't be trusted. They made appointments to do repairs never showed up.On the repairs they did didn't work. Took over a year to fix a roof leak as a result there is mold growing in the walls
