She truly cares about the children and animals.She wasn't rude or anything and answered all questions that I had.The park seems to be quiet and I haven't seen any drama or anything.The rent and payment is very reasonable considering its a brand new place.I look forward to staying here. 😊✳✳UPDATE #2-(May 2019)I've been here for going on 2 years, so far so good! I love my place. Dottie has retired and she was wonderful. The new manager on site has been very nice and tries to accomadate everyone. Any issue our home has had they would help resolve the issue.Basically if you're a good quiet person/family you have nothing to worry about. I love that they keep this place quiet.Also they have tons of newer homes coming in. The place is really starting to look a lot better.The only suggestion that I have is there is nothing to do for the kids. No park, pool, ball court, anything.They do have some space where there could put something. There is so many kids in the park and they need something to do. Maybe one day they will put something in for them (:I understand if a pool cant be put in due to unattended children running the risk of drowning but a small jungle gym or ball court would be very nice. I know a lot of people with children that I have recommended this place to turned it down and went to another park because there was a pool or play ground for the kids.Just a suggestion! I think it would look great in the park and it would be something the kids would enjoy instead of them playing in the roads.They have recently cut down old trees and stumps at the park. Looks so much better. They took the old stump out of the yard out front and mulch my tree out front too which is very nice of them.✳✳UPDATE # 3-(March 2021)It's now 2021. I've been here for almost 4 years.Just wanted to let everyone know there is now a cute little park and an area for the children to play. This has been wonderful! No issues here**UPDATE #4-(March 2023)-The community is wonderful. Very quiet. The playground is clean, and they put some benches in there. I love living here. They have community events every once in a while and they have "giving box" where residents can give away food & other items. It's a sweet idea. ♡**UPDATE #5-(June 2023)-Pot holes have been fixed, speed bumps repainted, new management, park was upgraded and fixed, they extended the parking lot at the park, they are under construction for a basketball court AND a shelter house.Lots of changes coming to ashville! Looks amazing ♡**UPDATE #6-(November 2023)-There is now a basketball court, and a shelter house for community events and for residents to enjoy!Community events are becoming a normal here at the community! We had a large Halloween party, we have a wonderful church that came in and did their annual Thanksgiving here for the residents, there is a Christmas toy/clothing drive to help families in the community.The community is really coming together.They took out alot of the old homes that were falling down and replaced them with really nice brand new homes. Ashville is looking nice!
Nov 30, 2023 · SRDSo far it's been a pretty good adjustment. They have cleaned it up a lot and they're still doing a lot more work making this place really nice... They're out here all the time, cleaning up fixing stuff and proving stuff. Trying to make it in a nice community and I think they're doing great and I'm very happy with my purchase and living here so far... The only issue I have is people flying through here like it's the raceway when there's lots of kids out here playing that is not safe and they need to slow down.. there is speed bumps but they just fly over them..
