Antique Town Campground Reviews
We discovered this very nice campground a few months ago while searching for a place to stay near Pinehurst area. It is virtually brand new, well laid out, level sites and with full hook ups. Everything is neat and clean. There is a pond and trails nearby as well. Blake the owner, greeted us shortly after we pulled in. Will definitely return.
Jun 15, 2025 · Steven ScottNice park!! Clean bathouses. Spot number 40 is a hidden gem that offers shade and a beautiful view. It is also by itself. That site does not have a sewer hookup, but the dump station is easily accessible. There is a little "beach" on the pond, a trail, playground equipment, and at least 3 stations with poop bags for the fur babies. All the sites had nice fire rings with a little grate if you chose to grill over the fire. They also stacked wood by the fire pit for us (additional cost for firewood). The sites had picnic tables, and ours also had a bench near the firepit. The grounds were well maintained. Would definitely stay again!
Jun 10, 2025 · Melanie ProvostWe were so happy to find this brand new campground in Cameron NC. It checks all the boxes! If you are willing to do without sewer hookup #40 is perfection! They also have FHU spots, showers/bath, laundry, mail drop off location, dumpstation, fishing pond and great space for walking/running. T mobile worked great, water pressure awesome, fire pit and picnic table. 2 hours to Charlotte, two hours to Wilmington, one hour to Raleigh, Southern Pines 20 min. Great Central location! Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #antiquetowncampground #cameronnc #northcarolina #followingourdreamsontheroad #fulltimerv #rvlife #travellife #rvtravel #coachmenrv #rvcampground
Mar 14, 2025 · Tracy and John Full time Rv’ersAntique Town is a fantastic campground! The wife and I stayed here while we PCS’d from Ft Liberty. Blake was great to work with and was very accommodating with Uncle Sam’s last minute changes. RV slots are large and spacious (we have 40ft RV and fit both 2500 truck, wife’s SUV and Harley). There are lights in each power pedestal, water and sewage are close so you don’t have to run long lines. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table. Park have two ponds for catch and release fishing, a beach and swimming area, multiple benches and swings throughout, a 7/10 mile wooded trail, and the dumpster is away from everyone. There are two dog areas for your four-legged family, bags and trash cans provided and plenty of area to walk them. Blake is currently putting in a new section with around 12 more sites, bath house, and laundry room, should be complete soon. Very quiet park while we were here over two weeks. Accommodates long term, short term, weekenders, you name it. Highly recommended! A 10/10!
Aug 28, 2024 · Dwight HicksIf you are seeking a perfect getaway, look no further than this gem near the Piedmont. Site 40, in particular, offers such a captivating location close to Southern Pines and Aberdeen. You'll find countless little nooks and crannies waiting to be discovered. First and foremost, my heartfelt thanks to the owner, whose kindness shone through. He greeted me at the campground and thoughtfully ensured the firewood was sheltered from the rain. The bathhouses and laundry room were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The campground features a convenient dump station with a hose available, adding to its charm. The smooth gravel drives enhance the overall experience, and we will definitely return. On a clear, calm night, the stars are breathtaking, and the view of the pond is simply phenomenal.
