Feb 22, 2024 · Judy ShortI love living here. I've only been here since April 2021 but I fell in love with my place. Plus the people are very nice and helpful, the maintenance people come out quick and take care of your problem and a man that lives in the park takes care of my lawn so I don't have to worry about that. There's a nice little pool here. This area is convenient to many places you need nearby. I don't see myself moving.
Nov 22, 2021 · Michele DHighly wouldn't recommend moving here, management is absolutely terrible. Managers only care about their pockets. Left the trashcan out an extra day? Well you better be expecting a $125 cleanup fee on your next month's rent. If they can find a way to charge you best be assured they most definitely will.
May 17, 2021 · XI like living here. It's nice. I'm from this area and I grew up in Tabb. I moved away after my kids finally grew up after we had settled back here after military life and I left for a while. I moved home after 20 years and I find this place to be nice and clean, charming. Sure it has its issues but not like a lot of places. There were a few things when I moved in but they were settled. The trailer are really nice and I'm very peculiar about where and what I live in and I find I'm very happy and feel at home.Although the assistant manager was amazing Brittany..she knew everything and everyone and helped with a smile and got it done for you but she was so good at her job she made the manager look bad..and she fired her. The manager has attitude and isn't very friendly, she's hard to work with and will promise you the moon and stars but will not make it happen. I did her job for many years with a large corporation out of Ashburn Virginia and I just feel she isn't capable of doing the job properly and isn't people friendly
Oct 07, 2020 · tess moksAvoid this mobile park like the plague. They raise the lot rent every year (it is currently 453 dollars a month). They also have extremely picky, inspections every year that can cost you extra money. They are now forcing tenants to remove all no trespassing signs, so you have no way to prevent trespassers from trespassing on your lot. I have had my home vandalized a number times over the years and the park management does nothing about it. I have lived here 18 years and it has got increasingly worse over the years. This is definitely the worst place I have ever live, and I will be moving soon.
